The Triple Threat Known as Gentlemens Club Drops Trap-Tinged Heater “Goes Like” on Bassrush Records

With the dust still settling from their sizzling appearance on Night Owl Radio last week, the triple threat known as Gentlemens Club kick down the doors with their untouchable hybrid dubstep sound. Familiar faces on both the festival and club circuits, the fan faves hit our brothers and sisters over at Bassrush Records with a trap-tinged heater that’s sure keep the dancefloor fired up on those long winter nights to come.

The tune in question is “Goes Like,” and from the dizzying topline all the way through to the trap- and dubstep-inspired bottom-end, the UK-based trio comes correct with that underground flavor that’s all their own. As always, they impress with their ability to push things beyond the expected with the kind of banger that takes its time building up a proper atmosphere of tension before the beat-driven hook provides the release.

“We felt it was right to make something that was original but that pushed the boundaries of the sound,” GC tells us. The resulting mix of “trappy elements with low-frequency dubstep” vibes merge into a jaw-dropping tidal wave of emotion that pounds the listener at the subatomic level before going in for the kill.

Consider this the perfect introduction to the crew as we count down the days until November 3, when Gentlemens Club bring their flex to the Belasco in their highly anticipated first major headlining show in SoCal.
